Service Description
A high-intensity 8-week transformation engagement built around one objective: producing a defined and measurable shift in the area of your life that matters most. You enter with a problem, pattern, decision, or circumstance that has reached its limit. We identify what is truly driving it, expose the blind spots and internal patterns reinforcing it, and build a personalised foundational strategy designed to produce decisive movement toward the result we establish together. This is where insight becomes action, action becomes momentum, and momentum becomes transformation. You are not purchasing eight sessions. You are entering a concentrated period of transformation reserved for select clients who are ready to participate fully, act decisively, and meet the standard required for meaningful change. If accepted, this is where the patterns that have shaped your past stop deciding your future.
Cancellation Policy
**A) Private Booking & Cancellation Policy** Bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations may be managed online up to 24 hours before your scheduled session and will be processed automatically. Requests made within 24 hours require direct contact and are subject to availability and approval. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed. **B) Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions** Changes or cancellations within 24 hours may result in the session being deducted from your package or an applicable fee being charged. Missed sessions will ordinarily count as used. Exceptions, including genuine emergencies, may be considered at Dom’s discretion; however, automatic waivers cannot be guaranteed. **C) Arriving for Your Session** Please be ready approximately 10 minutes before your appointment and, where possible, allow up to 15 minutes beyond the intended finish time should additional time be beneficial. Late arrivals will ordinarily still finish at the scheduled time. Additional time may be accommodated at Dom’s discretion, subject to other client commitments. **D) Package Validity** Sessions should be completed within the natural rhythm of your package: 1. 8 Session Pack — valid for 12 weeks from commencement. 2. 12 Session Pack — valid for 16 weeks from commencement. Extensions require prior approval and are considered individually. **E) Waitlist & Availability** If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist where offered. Waitlisted appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed. **F) Time Zones** Appointment times are displayed automatically in your local time zone. Please ensure your device and booking details reflect the correct location before reserving. **G) Technical Difficulties** If you experience a technical issue before or during your session, contact Dom directly as soon as possible. Your circumstances will be considered individually and a response provided as soon as reasonably possible.
