Complementary Discovery Call

Cancellation Policy

**A) Reservations & Changes** Discovery calls may be reserved, rescheduled, or cancelled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled call and will be processed automatically. Requests made within 24 hours require direct contact and are subject to availability and approval. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate you, changes cannot be guaranteed. **B) Cancellations & Missed Calls** As your Discovery Call is complimentary, no cancellation fee applies. However, please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend so the reserved time may be offered to someone else. Missed calls without notice may affect your ability to automatically reserve another Discovery Call. A new reservation may be offered at Dom’s discretion. **C) Arriving for Your Call** Please be ready approximately 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time so you can arrive settled and make full use of the conversation. If you arrive late, the call will ordinarily still conclude at the scheduled time. Additional time may be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. **D) Waitlist & Availability** If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist where offered. Waitlisted appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed. **E) Time Zones** Available times are displayed automatically in your local time zone. Please ensure your device and booking details reflect the correct location before reserving. **F) Technical Difficulties** If you experience a technical issue before or during your call, contact Dom directly as soon as possible. Your circumstances will be considered individually and a response provided as soon as reasonably possible. The purpose of this policy is simply to respect the time reserved for each conversation while allowing reasonable flexibility when circumstances change.
